- You’ll meet your idealized self and learn how to bring that potential into the present.
Through this work, you’ll develop a relationship with your intuition, so you can start to progress through life with a visceral knowing that you’re living up to your potential. This takes time because our minds are so full of other people’s metrics of success, archaic narratives of who we’re supposed to be. But with dedicated practice, you can release the trance you’ve picked up.
The retreat’s itinerary will include practical lessons in meditation, visualization, movement, and breathing techniques, all designed to equip you with the skills for transformation. We’ll also have daily guided meditation and movement practices, as well as group coaching sessions for sharing and troubleshooting roadblocks in your practice. There will be daily ‘office hours with your teacher, so you can have some one-to-one mentoring.
NB: As we will be working through past traumas, it’s important for you to please notify us if you have any history of significant trauma.

All meals are made from local seasonal products, with a variety of ingredients. The menus are mainly vegetarian, but there is also an option for those of you who are not vegans or vegetarians. Breakfast is served with tea and fruit to prepare the body before the classes. Meals are made fresh daily. The retreat does not provide alcohol.
