Alix Glow is a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer. She completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica in 2017, and has since completed training in Yin, Mandala Yoga and Yoga for Lifting. Alix’s main focusses for training are functionality and optimal physical performance for the individual. She has a Level 3 diploma in Personal Training.


Angela is a talented and experienced yoga teacher and mental health worker based in London. She has been teaching yoga since 2019 and has a unique perspective on her practice, influenced by her career in mental health which has spanned over a decade. Angela is known for her inclusive and trauma-informed approach to teaching, and offers a range of styles including dynamic vinyasa and yoga Nidra. In addition to her group classes, Angela also offers bespoke one-on-one work and counseling. Angela has founded a company called In Bloom, a haven for relaxation and self-care where individuals can focus on finding peace and calming any tension in their bodies, breath, and minds.

All meals are made from local seasonal products, with a variety of ingredients. The menus are mainly vegetarian, but there is also an option for those of you who are not vegans or vegetarians. Breakfast is served with tea and fruit to prepare the body before the classes. Meals are made fresh daily. The retreat does not provide alcohol.
